Use racing exhaust on Public Road in violation of Article 58 of Law No. 22 Year 2009??

Dated June 22, 2009, President SBY has passed Law No. 22 Year 2009 on Traffic and Transportation Road. This law is not made to be broken Lho, but as an act of road corridor for all road users. My deep appreciation of the road users to the government's attempt to bring the Act this Comprehensive enough. Bro all these days we often hear of raids against the use of exhaust racing. The raids are conducted based policing is done to the article 58 of Law No. 22 which reads this.

Each Motor Vehicles operated on the road is prohibited to install equipment that could interfere with traffic safety.

What does that mean article 58 above, let us explain Copas law No. 22 of article 58, there is written:
